A record of the institutional milestones, government engagements, and industry recognitions shaping Maxtech International's role in the India-Russia skilled labor corridor.
MAX Tech International has been officially accredited by NOSTROY, the National Association of Builders of Russia — the country's largest self-regulatory body in the construction sector, representing over 97,000 construction companies across the Russian Federation. This accreditation authorizes MAX Tech to certify Indian construction professionals against Russian industry standards. Once certified, candidates are qualified to take up skilled construction roles under the companies associated with NOSTROY, giving Indian workers a verified and recognized pathway into the country's construction industry.
On 20 and 21 July 2026, a high-level delegation from NOSTROY, led by President Anton Glushkov, visited India for two days of discussions with senior government officials. Coordinated by MAX Tech International, the meetings brought together representatives from the Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Department of Commerce, and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) to build a transparent, government-backed framework for sending skilled Indian construction professionals to work in Russia. The visit also reviewed the successful placement of 30 Indian welders in Russia's Saratov region, and included a live demonstration of the certification and deployment framework at a Technical and Training Center.
